Your Jewellery is made up of an assortment of second hand jewellery, carefully hand sourced from op shops and markets. which is what makes your jewellery so unique, but please keep in mind this means your jewellery is made from mixed metals.

The hardware used to piece together your jewellery, as well as the clasps and extension chains, is high quality 304 stainless steel.

After your necklace has been assembled it is sprayed with acrylic sealer to increase its longevity.

As your piece is reworked from an assortment of second hand jewellery, they are made from mixed metals and should be kept away from water, perfume, and any harsh chemicals.

Unfortunatly, we do not offer refunds. We do offer repairs, every necklace comes with a 12-month warranty, so if anything goes wrong, we’ll repair it for free. You’ve got two options:

• Mail it to us: We just ask you cover the shipping to us, then we will repair it and cover the shipping back to you
• Fitzroy market: Come and get your necklace repaired for free in person at fitzroy market
  

If you have any concerns about how your necklace is aging please message us via instagram and we can organise a fix!

I process and ship your orders within 3 business days.

Orders are shipped via standard Australia Post shipping, which typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping times vary based on the destination, but most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us!

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and shipping rates are as follows:

Australia: $10 standard shipping.

International: $25 standard shipping

Yes! You can shop exhibit A in store at:

• Stupid Vintage, Factory 1/40 Green St, Windsor VIC 3181.
• Fitzroy market, Melbourne. Please keep in mind we are not at fitzroy market every weekend. Follow us on instagram @exhibitt.a to keep updated on when we will be there.

Changes can be made to your pieces, such as adding, removing, or swapping charms. To confirm if this is possible for your necklace, feel free to message me on Instagram: @exhibitt.a.

Alternatively, when I hold a stall at the Fitzroy Market, I offer free in-person customisations and can build your necklace for you while you wait.
